This weekend, as spring blooms fully around us and many pause for reflection, we’re reminded that transformation is always possible.

At CoreCorpsFit, we believe true wellness is more than a workout—it’s a full body, mind, and spirit practice. The kind that lifts you even when circumstances seem down, centers you when the world seems to spin too fast, and reminds you to never give up—even in the face of death when new life and transformation can spring. So whether it’s through faith, fresh starts, or simply committing to one new small habit—we hope this weekend especially that you’ll remember you have the power to overcome what may seem impossible.

This weekend, we invite you to reflect on:

  • What you’ve conquered lately. It could be something big—or beautifully ordinary, like making space to breathe.

  • What you're ready to let go of. Maybe it's a habit, a thought pattern, or an old belief that no longer serves you.

  • What new life you're ready to welcome. A deeper sense of self-care? A braver way to move through your day?

🧘‍♀️ Mind, Body, & Spirit: A Whole-Self Practice

Here’s a way to tie it all together—physically, emotionally, spiritually. Set aside 15 minutes this weekend for a mini reset:

🔹 Mind

While in the Swan or Child’s Pose, ask yourself:

  • What am I ready to rise above?

  • What’s one truth I want to live more fully this season?

Journaling or simply breathing through the answers can unlock surprising clarity.

🔹 Body Movement: The Swan (Back Extension)

A gentle Pilates exercise that symbolizes lifting, opening, and rising—perfect for this season.

How to do it:

  1. Lie face down on your mat, hands under your shoulders, elbows close.

  2. Inhale to prepare, lengthen your spine.

  3. Exhale as you slowly lift your head and chest, extending through your upper back.

  4. Keep your pelvis grounded. Inhale, hold, then exhale to lower.

It opens the heart, strengthens the spine, and gently encourages you to rise. Here’s a video of us going through it on the Reformer mat which might help you better understand how to do it!

🔹 Spiritual Connection

This could be prayer, quiet reflection, or simply sitting outside taking in the sun. Choose what reconnects you to something greater.

🐰 On the subject of Spring(s) and the gift of new life…

We’re thrilled about our new Reformer Tower (and all the springs that come with it)! Stay tuned for videos that should put some spring in all our steps as we put to good use!

Remember, transformation doesn’t always have to be dramatic to be meaningful. Sometimes, it’s found in the quiet moments, the small movements, the choice to come back to your mat and be still.

Here’s to rising, to resetting, and to choosing your strength—one small, powerful moment at a time.

With gratitude,
David and Elysia
