You may have noticed we’ve been a little quiet these past few weeks. Life’s had a few personal curveballs lately, and while we haven’t had the space to show up in your inbox, we’ve been going to our source of peace and absolutely thinking about this amazing community, as well.

Staying centered through it all!
Through challenging stretches, sometimes we need to take a moment to be present and calm our bodies. If you do, too, try this:
Take just 5 minutes today to lie on your back, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Let your body melt into the floor, allowing your spine to fully relax. It’s a simple reset, but sometimes that’s all we need to come back to center.
As we find our new rhythm, we’re shifting to a monthly newsletter—a pace that gives us room to breathe deeper. Although it will be less often, it will be more intentional with meaningful updates, wellness tips, and behind-the-scenes insights to share with you.
Think of it like a good om or resetting in child’s pose before flowing into something new—grounded, mindful, and ready to grow. 🧘♂️🧘♀️
